Stick the letter tire to its matching car to practice name recognizing and letter identification.
Materials:
Instructions:
Cut a piece of copy paper in half long ways and attach the pieces together using tape to create a long strip. Draw cars in a row horizontally, you’ll need one car for every two letters in your child’s name (for example, if your child’s name is 6 letters long, you’ll draw 3 cars). Draw plain circles for the wheels (the wheels should be large enough to fit a dot sticker). On each wheel, write a letter to spell your child’s name across the line of cars. Then, write the same letters on dot stickers. Place the dot sticker tire onto the wheel with its matching letter. Continue until all the cars have tires.
Tip- Use a capital letter for your child’s first letter and write the rest of the letters lowercase.
