Orange Bird Feeder
You can make these orange bird feeders year-round as long as you have an orange! Cut an orange in half and remove the fruit from the inside creating an orange cup (enjoy a little snack from the fruit or make fresh orange juice). Poke two wooden skewers through the side of the orange and out the other side, crossing in the middle. Cut two equal-sized pieces of yarn (about 1.5β long) and tie an end to each side of the skewer so you can hang the feeder. Fill the orange cup with birdseed and find a perfect spot to hang it!

My Pets
On a piece of copy paper, in a sketchbook, or on the provided journal page write the following prompt: Do you have any pets? Then, ask your child the prompt and record their response. Feel free to change this prompt to match your family situation. If you donβt have any pets at home you could ask, βWould you rather have a dog or a cat?β instead. Invite them to illustrate their response and label the picture if they provide any.
