Hang a balloon from the ceiling and practice jumping, bumping, and kicking it.

Blow a balloon up and tie it shut. Tie a string around the end of the balloon and attach it to the ceiling or door frame using painter’s tape so the balloon hangs low enough to be within jumping reach. Try jumping to hit the balloon or jumping to try to bump the balloon off their heads. Then lower the balloon to waist level and practice kicking the balloon.
Extension- Offer a “bat” such as a paper towel roll, a pool noodle, or a stick to hit the balloon like baseball.
