Sort animal figurines by size with this simple setup.
Materials:
- Easel paper, recycled cardboard, or sidewalk chalk
- Zoo animal figurines- large and small
- Markers
Instructions:
Draw two circles (one large and one small) on a piece of butcher paper, recycled cardboard, or using sidewalk chalk outdoors. Then label each circle “big” and “small.” Grab some zoo animal figurines (these zoo animal pairs work well or a set of large figurines and a set of small figurines is great too) and sort them by size by placing the figurine and putting in into the correct sized circle. Continue until all the animals have been sorted.
