Squirt a cotton ball with some colors to make it splatter!
First, fill a few small jars or bowls with liquid watercolor. Next, arrange cotton balls on a piece of watercolor paper. Then, use a dropper to squirt a decent amount of liquid watercolor onto a cotton ball. Use a spoon or mallet to hit the cotton ball and see the colors splatter! Repeat with another cotton ball until the paper is covered by colorful splats. Remove the cotton balls and discard them.
