✨ Free Play
Add familiar environmental signs to your building zone with a quick and easy DIY. Search for logos of various community places online (like your local grocery store, a favorite restaurant, street signs, etc.) and resize them small before printing (you can easily copy and resize them using Canva). Cut the signs out and tape them to blocks for your child to use in their play!
Go on an adventure to see animals up close! Visit your local zoo, animal sanctuary, or nature center to see and learn about animals. As you visit the exhibits, discuss the different things you see the animals doing or what their habitat is like.
Then, practice the week’s nursery rhymes, poems, or songs.

When I’m Sad…
On copy paper, in a sketchbook, or on the provided journal page write the following prompt: What do you do when you are sad? Then, ask your child the prompt and record their response. Invite them to illustrate their answer and label the picture if they provide any.
